How To Use SmartTask
SmartTask is designed to minimise multiple app use and increase efficiency. Lets see some of the features and how to use them efficiently.
When you log in your dashboard will look like this. On your dashboard you have all the important controls on the left side. You can create Groups and Projects under those groups and access them from left sidebar.
If you click on any of the project you can see the project and whom the work is assigned to with start and end dates.
If you want to see a particular task detailed overview just click on it. As you can see there are some small icons on top bar. Using date icons you can see Task start and end date, other than this you have Repeat or Never Repeat options as well.
Using SmartTask you can attach files from Dropbox, Google Drive, from computer Or External Link.
You can add Priority for every task. So, that your team can focus on high priority task first.

Other than this if you want to add Sub Task then you can do that. If you click on the three dots icon you can see more advanced options like Add to Project, Duplicate Project, Print Task, Delete Task etc.
If you have a task that is depend on other task then you can click on Task is Dependent on option so that once the first task complete your teammates get notification about it.
The task list that you see can be filtered in many way like Complete task, Incomplete task or all Task. You can filter it with some custom fields like Just My Task, Due Date, Due This Week, Due Next Week, Filter by Keyword, Project, Assigned person etc.
Each and every task has Task, Borad , Calendar, Feed, Chat, etc as you can see on the dashboard.
Board option: When you have a task which passes from multiple phases for example we have idea, Production, In Review, and Approved you can move the board from one tab to next once the task complete and now next person will work on it and move it forward.
Next we have Feed option where you can share update with your team, and your team can come and comment on the update.
Using Chat Option you can chat with your team mate. Chat option is available for both Project as well as one on one team member.
Next option is Analytics which is highly customizable, you can create custom charts like Bar, Line, Pie chart. You just need to set the X axis and Y axis and it will create a chart for you.
